These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by VKonangi Technology Services Pvt Ltd. (GST: 37AAKCV6685K1ZE), trading as Tirumala Tirupati Taxi, at 2-27, Perur, Tirupati 517505, Andhra Pradesh. By booking or enquiring about our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Services

Tirumala Tirupati Taxi provides private transportation and travel services, including:

  • Local and outstation taxi hire in and around Tirupati
  • Airport pickup and drop at Tirupati Airport
  • Cab transport to and from Tirumala via the ghat road
  • Group travel in Force Urbania and tempo traveller vehicles
  • Hotel accommodation arrangements in Tirupati (as part of travel packages)
  • Pilgrimage travel packages combining transport, hotel, and meals

We are a private travel and logistics company. We are not affiliated with any religious authority, public body, or temple administration. Any temple entry, access, or visit-related arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the devotee and must be handled directly by the traveller.

2. Bookings and Enquiries

All bookings are confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our team via phone or WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry form or sending a WhatsApp message does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge it explicitly.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion, including in cases where demand exceeds capacity or where the requested service cannot be safely provided.

3. Pricing

Prices quoted are for our private travel and accommodation services only. They do not include any temple entry fees, donations, access charges, or other third-party payments connected with a temple visit. Any such payments are entirely separate and are the customer's own responsibility.

Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before travel may not be refundable.
  • Hotel cancellation terms follow the same 24-hour window.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup location, date, and time at the point of booking.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional waiting charges.
  • Ensure all passengers comply with vehicle rules (seat belts, no smoking, no alcohol).
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • For travel to Tirumala, ensure compliance with temple dress code requirements. Our drivers are not responsible for temple entry decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tirumala Tirupati Taxi (VKonangi Technology Services Pvt Ltd.) is responsible only for the private travel and accommodation services we directly provide. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel
  • Any outcome related to temple visits, queues, or religious matters
  • Decisions made by any third party regarding temple access or entry

Our maximum liability in respect of any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, bandh, road closures, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule or offer a refund at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
