1. Scope of Private Transport Services

Tirumala Tirupati Taxi operates strictly as an independent commercial car rental, fleet management, and point-to-point transit provider. Our services are limited to:

• Private vehicle hire, local taxi transit, and outstation car rentals in and around the Tirupati region.
• Airport passenger transfers (pickup and drop-off logistics) at Tirupati Airport.
• Dedicated commercial vehicle transport to and from Tirumala via public ghat roads.
• Multi-passenger group transit using our specialized fleet, including Force Urbania and Tempo Traveller vehicles.
• Independent hotel lodging coordination in Tirupati (packaged strictly as optional point-to-point transport and hospitality logistics).

2. Booking Verification and Operational Channels

All service requests and inquiries submitted via our online form or WhatsApp are considered preliminary requests. A booking is only legally confirmed when our dispatch team explicitly issues a formal written or verbal confirmation notice accompanied by a transparent vehicle routing quote.

We reserve the absolute operational right to decline, cancel, or refuse any transport booking request at our sole discretion due to fleet capacity limitations, extreme weather, safety hazards, or regulatory road closures.

3. Transparent Pricing & Financial Exclusions

All prices quoted on this website or via our booking team apply strictly to private vehicle hire, fuel costs, and professional driver services (and specified lodging logistics if explicitly itemized).

Fares do not include, bundle, or subsidize temple entry fees, Darshan tickets, ritual costs, or any third-party religious administration fees. Any such fees are completely independent of our business operations.

Standard commercial road variables — including state highway tolls, public parking fees, and inter-state permits — will always be detailed with upfront transparency and billed clearly at actual rates.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain a fair and transparent billing structure to protect consumers from hidden fees:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup time are fully eligible for a 100% refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup time may forfeit the reservation deposit due to vehicle allocation lockouts.

5. Passenger Regulations and Responsibilities

• Customers must provide a precise, verifiable pickup location, contact phone number, and scheduled timing during the booking flow.
• To maintain professional routing schedules, delayed departures caused directly by the customer exceeding standard grace windows may incur transparent hourly waiting fees.
• All passengers must comply with standard vehicle safety codes (mandatory seatbelt usage, zero smoking, and zero alcohol consumption inside the commercial fleet).
• For routes bound for regional destinations requiring specific attire codes (such as traditional temple dress requirements), travelers are entirely responsible for their own compliance. Our drivers operate strictly as transport operators and hold no authority or liability regarding entry decisions made by external security personnel.

6. Strict Limitation of Liability

Tirumala Tirupati Taxi (VKonangi Technology Services Pvt Ltd.) acts solely as a surface transport provider. We shall not be held liable or financially responsible for:

• Delays or route alterations resulting directly from traffic congestion, highway accidents, severe weather events, or public infrastructure restrictions.
• Loss, theft, or accidental damage to personal luggage or electronic items brought into the vehicles by passengers.
• Any outcome, schedule changes, or queuing disruptions experienced at regional temples, shrines, or public heritage sites.
• Decisions, entry denials, or operational policies enforced by third-party religious boards or government authorities.

Our maximum financial liability for any service breakdown shall be strictly limited to the exact monetary amount paid by the customer for that specific booking.

7. Force Majeure

We are legally exempt from any liability or service failures caused by conditions entirely beyond our operational control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, regional strikes (bandhs), sudden government mandates, unexpected road closures, or public health emergencies. In such scenarios, we will proactively assist the user to reschedule transit or process an applicable refund.

8. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are constructed and governed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration arising directly from our transport services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
