This policy applies to all travel services booked through Tirumala Tirupati Taxi, operated by VKonangi Technology Services Pvt Ltd. (GST: 37AAKCV6685K1ZE), 2-27, Perur, Tirupati 517505, Andhra Pradesh.
Simple rule: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled travel date and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of travel may not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your travel package, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +91 63058 08598 at least 24 hours before the travel date and time. Cancellations must be confirmed by our team.

Hotel bookings arranged as part of a pilgrimage travel package follow the same 24-hour cancellation window as the travel package.
For standalone cab bookings (airport pickup, local hire, outstation), cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup will not be refunded.
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, government orders, or natural disasters — we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at your choice. We will contact you as early as possible in such situations.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for cash payments will be made via bank transfer or UPI to an account provided by the customer. Contact us with your booking details and payment reference to initiate a refund.
