  • Cancellations submitted and acknowledged 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are fully eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations submitted within the 24-hour window of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable, as the vehicle asset has been officially locked out from other commercial dispatch services.

3. Integrated Transport and Lodging Logistics Bookings

For coordinated travel structures that bundle private vehicle rentals with local hospitality lodging reservations:

  • The global 24-hour cancellation rule applies symmetrically to both the transportation routing and the associated hotel accommodations.
  • Any cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the official check-in time are non-refundable, adhering directly to local hotel partner inventory lockouts.

Important Notice: As detailed in our global disclaimers, our packages deal strictly with commercial transportation and lodging logistics. Because we do not sell or arrange official temple entry tickets or Darshan passes, no component of our refund policy covers, guarantees, or addresses temple access issues.

4. Force Majeure & Regulatory Cancellations

If our dispatch team is forced to cancel or alter a booked service due to circumstances entirely beyond our operational control — including but not limited to severe weather conditions, flash floods, ghat road closures enforced by public authorities, natural disasters, unexpected regional strikes (bandhs), or government safety mandates — travelers will be presented with an immediate choice:

  • A 100% Full Refund of all collected booking fares and deposits.
  • Immediate Rescheduling of the private transportation service to an alternate date at no extra corporate fee.
